A: All geotechnical materials exported by our company strictly adhere to universally recognized international standards, primarily including ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification. Specifically, our geomembranes comply with GRI-GM13 and CJ/T234-2006 standards; our geotextiles comply with GB/T17639-2023, GB/T17638-2017, and ASTM standards; and our waterproofing blankets comply with JC/T193-2006 and ASTM standards. Corresponding test reports can be provided for all products to ensure full compliance with the quality specifications of the export destination.

A: The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies depending on the specific product. For standard products (such as geomembranes and geotextiles), the MOQ is 1,000 square meters. For specialized specifications (such as road base plates or drainage nets with custom thicknesses or dimensions), the MOQ is negotiable. We are able to provide small samples free of charge for customer testing; however, the shipping costs for these samples are to be borne by the customer. For large-volume orders, the sample shipping costs may be waived.

A: The production lead time for standard-specification products is 7–15 business days, while custom-specification products require 15–30 business days, depending on their complexity. Delivery times are contingent upon port conditions; following shipment from domestic ports (such as Qingdao or Tianjin), sea transit to Southeast Asia takes approximately 7–15 days, and to Europe or the Americas, about 25–40 days. Precise transit times can be calculated based on the specific destination port designated by the client.

The primary settlement currency is the US Dollar (USD); however, other currencies—such as the Euro (EUR) and British Pound (GBP)—may also be negotiated based on client requirements. Our standard payment terms consist of a 30% upfront deposit, with the remaining 70% balance payable either prior to shipment or upon presentation of a copy of the Bill of Lading.

A: Our company supports full-scale customization. Based on our clients' specific engineering requirements and application environments, we can customize key product parameters—such as thickness, width, length, material composition (e.g., HDPE geomembranes, polyester geotextiles), tensile strength, and permeability coefficient. Additionally, we offer personalized services, including custom coloring and logo printing. Detailed technical specifications must be provided prior to customization.

A: Our products utilize internationally recognized standard packaging. Items such as waterproof blankets and geotextiles are wrapped in waterproof PE film or woven fabric, while exceptionally heavy cargo is secured with high-strength lifting slings to facilitate easy loading, unloading, and transport. Geomembranes, road base plates, and drainage nets are packaged in woven bags or secured on pallets with lifting slings, incorporating measures to prevent moisture damage and physical abrasion. All packaging complies with international shipping standards for both sea and air freight, thereby effectively preventing damage during transit.

A: Our company guarantees that if any quality issues—excluding those caused by human error—arise during the warranty period (typically 1–2 years for standard products), customers may submit a diagnostic report along with photographs of the physical product. We will verify the details within 7 business days and, depending on the severity of the issue, offer a resolution that may include a return or exchange, replacement shipment, or appropriate financial compensation. Furthermore, we will cover all associated logistics costs to safeguard our customers' legitimate rights and interests.
